- AirPods Pro 2 Hearing Test and Hearing Aid functions have launched in Argentina, Australia, Ecuador, Honduras, Indonesia, Israel, Kazakhstan, Moldova, the Palestinian Territories, Serbia, Taiwan, Thailand, Ukraine and Vietnam, bringing total availability to over 150 countries
- Apple Watch sleep apnea notifications now operate in those markets plus Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Heard and McDonald Islands and Norfolk Island following watchOS 11 updates
- The AirPods Pro 2 hearing test mimics clinical audiometry by playing tones at 500 Hz, 1 kHz, 2 kHz and 4 kHz to measure decibel hearing levels and generate a personalized profile
- Hearing Aid mode uses the test data to automatically boost deficient frequencies across calls, music and video, with an optional Media Assist feature for dynamic sound adjustments
