Apple Enables Drag and Drop Between iPhone and Mac in Latest iOS and macOS Betas

Apple has released the fifth beta versions of iOS 18.1 and macOS 15.1, introducing drag and drop functionality with iPhone Mirroring.
Users can now transfer files between their iPhone and Mac by simply dragging and dropping, even when the iPhone is locked and charging.
The feature was first demonstrated at Apple's WWDC in June and is now available to developers and public beta testers.
To use the new drag and drop capability, both the iPhone and Mac must be updated to the latest beta versions.
iOS 18.1 and macOS 15.1 are expected to be publicly released next month, bringing additional features like Apple Intelligence and ChatGPT integration in Siri.
