Apple, Dan Harmon Team Up for 'Strange Planet' Animation Conversion

Apple TV Plus is adapting Nathan W. Pyle's Strange Planet comic into an animated series premiering August 9th.
The show follows two aliens trying to understand human life and will feature voice talent like Tunde Adebimpe, Lori Tan Chinn, Danny Pudi, Hannah Einbinder, and Demi Adejuyigbe.
The comics and show depict whimsical blue beings describing human traditions in technical language.
Rick and Morty co-creator Dan Harmon is co-creating the series with Pyle.
There will be 10 22-minute episodes released weekly on Apple TV Plus.
