Apple Confirms iOS 18.4 Release for Early April with New Features and Delays

The update will introduce expanded language support, new user experience tools, and broader Visual Intelligence availability, while Siri enhancements are postponed.

iOS 18.4 is scheduled for release in early April 2025, as confirmed by Apple on its official website.
The update will expand Apple Intelligence language support to include English (India, Singapore), Chinese (Simplified), Portuguese (Brazil), and seven other languages.
New features include Prioritised Notifications, Ambient Music via Control Centre, and the ability to pause app downloads directly in the App Store.
Visual Intelligence, previously limited to iPhone 16, will now be available for iPhone 15 Pro users, triggered via the Action button.
Siri upgrades, initially expected in this release, have been delayed, with Apple focusing on stability and incremental improvements instead.
