Apple Co-Founder Steve Wozniak Hospitalized in Mexico City After Suffering Minor Stroke, Now Recovering at Home

Wozniak reportedly felt dizzy and experienced symptoms of vertigo before hospitalization. He was in Mexico to speak at World Business Forum, but has now been released to recover at home.

Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak was hospitalized while attending the World Business Forum in Mexico City due to a minor stroke. He is now at home recovering.
While in Mexico, Wozniak reportedly experienced symptoms of dizziness and vertigo. He initially resisted going to hospital but was convinced by his wife.
He was scheduled to deliver a speech at the Forum but did not appear because of his illness. He was also slated to speak at upcoming events in Dubai, Colombia, and Azerbaijan, which he will now have to cancel.
Despite having left Apple in 1985, Wozniak remains an active entrepreneur and philanthropist, as well as a critic of the rush towards artificial intelligence.
Wozniak's work with Steve Jobs in the 1970s helped to revolutionize personal computing. He later advocated for employee compensation and has been generous in sharing his own wealth with the Apple team.
