Apple Arcade to Launch Eight New Games, Including Sonic Dream Team and Disney Dreamlight Valley, for Holiday Season

Upcoming releases span sports, puzzles, adventure genres with Knotwords launching on November 3rd and well-known titles like Football Manager, Disney Dreamlight Valley, and Sonic Dream Team to be released on December 5th; more than 50 of existing games will also receive content updates.

Apple Arcade is set to launch eight new titles by the end of the year, starting with the Wordle-meets-crossword game Knotwords on November 3rd. Following this are releases such as Football Manager (November 6th), gothic arcade game Downwell (November 17th), and Delicious - Miracle of Life (November 24th).
Some notable titles are set to launch on December 5th, including Disney's Dreamlight Valley game, Sonic Dream Team, Puzzle & Dragons Story, and Turmoil, a game inspired by the 19th-century North American oil rush.
Alex Rofman, Apple’s senior director of Apple Arcade, states that nearly 60 new games were added to the platform this year and emphasizes the depth and diversity of the game catalog which includes hits such as Hello Kitty Island Adventure and NBA 2K24 Arcade Edition.
The upcoming games are all playable on iPhone and iPad, with most also being accessible on Mac and Apple TV.
In addition to the new games, more than 50 existing titles on the Apple Arcade service will receive content updates.
