  • Music creators will be able to create and mix in Personalized Spatial Audio with head tracking, making AirPods Max a professional-grade tool.
  • The update will be compatible with iOS 18.4, iPadOS 18.4, and macOS Sequoia 15.4 and will be available for free in April 2025.
  • Apple has also launched a $39 USB-C to 3.5mm audio cable, expanding connectivity options for AirPods Max to traditional audio sources.
