  • Apple’s Self Service Repair program now covers iPad Air (M2 and later), iPad Pro (M4), iPad mini (A17 Pro) and iPad (A16) models.
  • The service, which debuted in 2022, now supports 65 Apple products and is available in the U.S. and Europe with Canada due to follow this summer.
  • Customers gain access to the same repair manuals, genuine parts and specialized tools used by Apple Store and Apple Authorized Service Provider technicians.
  • Apple’s Genuine Parts Distributor initiative enables independent repair firms to order authentic components through partners such as MobileSentrix and Mobileparts.shop.
  • Apple says the program empowers users to extend device lifespan without compromising safety, security or privacy.
