Overview

• The update is now available and introduces a widget that counts down to an upcoming event on the Home Screen.
• Users can add it by long‑pressing the Home Screen, selecting Edit, and choosing Add Widget.
• The widget comes in small, medium, and large sizes and displays the days remaining until the event.
• Tapping the widget opens Invites to show more event information.
• Invites is free to download but creating events requires an iCloud+ subscription, and third‑party apps still offer deeper widget customization.
