• Lady Justice Macur, Sir Stephen Irwin and Mr Justice Picken rejected the certification request after considering it on the papers.
• Campbell’s appeals were unanimously dismissed in June 2025 following a CCRC referral that led to a 14‑day hearing on evolving hypoglycaemia evidence.
