- Matthew Stafford beat Drake Maye for first-team quarterback 31–18 in first-place votes, earning his first All-Pro in his 17th season as Josh Allen received the other vote.
- Myles Garrett, Puka Nacua and Jaxon Smith-Njigba were unanimous first-team selections, with Garrett’s 23 sacks setting the single-season record.
