Overview

• Investigators say two men entered Rajak’s under-construction home around 2 a.m. on August 30 and bludgeoned him as he slept before binding the body and dumping it in a nearby well.
• The body, wrapped in a sack and blanket, was found the next morning by his second wife, who alerted authorities.
• Police identified the accused as Munni alias Vimla Rajak (38), her alleged lover Narayan Das Kushwaha alias Lallu (48), and labourer Dheeraj Kol (25), all of whom are in custody.
