Antoine Winfield Sr. Demands Pro Bowl Recount for Son

Antoine Winfield Sr., father of Tampa Bay Buccaneers safety Antoine Winfield Jr., has demanded a 'recount' after his son was not selected for the Pro Bowl.
Winfield Jr. has had a standout season, establishing career highs in interceptions, passes defended, fumble recoveries, sacks, total tackles, solo tackles, assisted tackles and QB hits.
Despite his impressive stats, Winfield Jr. was overlooked in favor of Arizona Cardinals safety Budda Baker, who has zero interceptions and played in fewer games.
Winfield Sr. has criticized the selection process, suggesting that Pro Bowl selections are important for a player's resume and noting that this is his son's contract year.
Winfield Jr. was a Pro Bowl selection in 2021 and has been a key player for the Buccaneers, who have a chance to clinch the NFC South with a win against the Carolina Panthers.
