Antiques Roadshow’s Theo Burrell Marks Fourth Birthday Since Brain Cancer Diagnosis

Recent scans show stability during ongoing chemotherapy for a terminal glioblastoma.

  • Her most recent scan in July was reported as stable, and she continues chemotherapy with blood counts still adequate to proceed with a seventh round.
  • Doctors told her she would have about three months to live without surgery, and her treatment has included surgery, radiotherapy and multiple cycles of chemotherapy.
  • Earlier this year scans showed no active cancer cells, followed by regrowth in December that led to the resumption of treatment.
  • She recently celebrated seeing her son, Jonah, start primary school and continues advocacy as a patron of Brain Tumour Research.
