Anthropic and Menlo Ventures Launch $100M Fund to Support AI Startups

The Anthology Fund aims to back innovative AI-first applications and infrastructure solutions, starting with investments of $100,000.

Startups will receive $25,000 in credits to use Anthropic's AI models, including the Claude language model.
The fund targets five key areas: AI infrastructure, frontier applications, consumer AI solutions, trust and safety tools, and societal benefits.
Anthropic and Menlo Ventures will provide expertise, networking opportunities, and developer support to funded startups.
This initiative follows similar moves by OpenAI, which launched a $175 million startup fund in 2021.
