Anthem Sports & Entertainment Acquires Hollywood Suite

The acquisition of the Canadian movie channel network awaits regulatory approval from the CRTC.

Anthem Sports & Entertainment has purchased Hollywood Suite, a Canadian broadcaster with four HD movie channels.
Hollywood Suite channels feature films from the 1970s to the 2000s and are available in over 10 million homes across Canada.
Hollywood Suite President David Kines will continue to lead the company following the acquisition.
Anthem aims to enhance its premium film offerings by integrating Hollywood Suite with its existing assets like HDNet Movies and Gravitas Ventures.
The deal's financial terms were not disclosed and it is pending approval from the Canadian Radio-Television Telecommunications Commission (CRTC).
