- Shanti Gold International will offer 1.8 crore fresh shares between July 25 and July 29 to fund a Jaipur facility expansion ahead of its August 1 listing.
- SME issues from Swastika Castal, Monarch Surveyors and Patel Chem launch July 21–29 with price bands of Rs 65–250 per share aiming to raise about Rs 167 crore in total.
