ANSES Starts December 'Triple' Payments With 2.34% Increase, $70,000 Bonus and Aguinaldo

The agency confirmed the $70,000 reinforcement is excluded from the aguinaldo calculation, trimming December bonuses for minimum beneficiaries.

Overview

  • Payments began December 9 for minimum pensions and Non‑Contributory Pensions, with deposits staggered by DNI through December 23 for higher-benefit retirees.
  • Only SIPA retirements, Non‑Contributory Pensions and the Universal Pension for Older Adults receive the December SAC, while AUH, SUAF, pregnancy allowance, unemployment and Progresar are excluded.
  • The $70,000 reinforcement is paid in full to minimum beneficiaries and proportionally above the floor up to a cap of $410,879.59, and it is not used to compute the SAC.
  • With the 2.34% CPI‑linked update, reference totals are: minimum $581,319.39, PUAM $479,055.51, PNC (invalidez/vejez) $427,923.57 and the maximum retirement $3,440,695.38.
  • The December amounts follow the monthly mobility of Decree 274/24 and were formalized in Resolutions 359/2025 and 361/2025, with ANSES publishing the full staggered calendar for pensions and allowances.
