Anses Shifts Pension Bonus From Nov. 20 as November Payments Advance and December Payouts Are Set

A recalculation of the $70,000 top-up begins November 20, making the aid proportional above the minimum.

Overview

  • Anses is paying November benefits with a 2.08% mobility update and the $70,000 reinforcement credited automatically to eligible retirees and pensioners, with DNIs ending in 6 paid today.
  • The government’s change applies only to those above the minimum: from November 20 the bonus becomes variable so no payment exceeds the $403,085.39 cap (minimum plus full top-up), while minimum earners remain unchanged.
  • November reference amounts include: minimum $333,085.39 plus $70,000 top-up to $403,085.39; PUAM $266,468.31 plus $70,000; and PNC $233,159.77 plus $70,000.
  • Anses published the December schedule with a roughly 2.34% mobility rise, the second SAC installment credited on the same date as the monthly benefit, and the first payments for minimum earners starting December 9.
  • Anses reiterates that AUH, AUE and SUAF do not receive the SAC, and warns that AUH holders who exceed the minimum wage threshold (currently $322,200) will lose eligibility in December.
