ANSES Sets September 1.9% Increase and $70,000 Bonus as Payments Start Sept. 8

The $70,000 pension bonus was formalized by Decree 613/2025 following a veto of a larger increase approved by Congress.

Overview

  • ANSES applied a 1.9% update for September under the CPI-linked mobility rule that uses a two-month inflation lag tied to July data.
  • The $70,000 bonus is deposited automatically and is prorated so that benefits reach a ceiling of $390,277.17, taking the minimum to that total.
  • Payments follow the DNI schedule: minimum pensions from September 8–19, pensions above the minimum from September 22–26, and non-contributory pensions from September 8–12.
  • Other ANSES benefits, including AUH and family allowances, also rise by 1.9%, with updated amounts published by the agency.
  • The government kept the bonus at $70,000 after the veto of a higher package and ANSES clarified income-based eligibility rules, while ANDIS audits of non-contributory pensions continue with reported suspensions.
