ANSES Sets October Payouts: 1.9% Increase and $70,000 Bonus Kept for Low-Income Retirees

Benefits update under the CPI-linked mobility rule, with DNI-based payment dates subject to changes from the October 10 holiday.

Overview

  • The October adjustment is 1.9% based on August INDEC inflation under Decree 274/24, covering pensions and family allowances.
  • ANSES will pay a $70,000 top-up in October: the full amount goes to minimum beneficiaries, a proportional amount applies up to a total near $396,000, and no bonus is paid above that threshold.
  • New reference amounts place the minimum pension around $326,300 and about $396,300 with the bonus; PUAM is near $261,000 (80% of the minimum) and roughly $331,000 with the bonus; PNC rises to about $228,400 and $298,400 with the bonus.
  • The maximum pension is set near $2.196 million in October and does not receive the extraordinary top-up.
  • ANSES released the October DNI-based calendar, and dates that fall on Friday, October 10 may be reprogrammed due to the transferred national holiday.
