ANSES Sets October Payment Dates, Applies 1.88% Rise and Keeps $70,000 Pension Top-Up

Payments were rescheduled around the moved Oct. 10 holiday, with a legally defined $70,000 reinforcement guaranteeing a $396,298.38 floor for minimum benefits.

  • ANSES published the official October calendar running from October 8 to 28, organized by DNI and adjusted after the national holiday was shifted to Friday, October 10.
  • All benefits increase 1.88% in October under the CPI-linked mobility rule that uses INDEC data with a two-month lag established by Decree 274/2024.
  • The statutory minimum rises to $326,298.38 and totals $396,298.38 with the top-up; PUAM reaches $331,038.70 and PNC for disability or old age totals $298,408.87.
  • Under Decree 700/2025, the $70,000 reinforcement is paid in full at the minimum, prorated up to the $396,298.38 threshold, and excluded for higher benefits.
  • Resolution 318/2025 updates family allowances and sustains the rural SUAF equalization, which can pay up to $120,000 in specific cases and waives the 20% AUH retention for that group.
