ANSES Sets January Pension Payouts From Jan. 9, 2.47% Rise and $70,000 Bonus Confirmed

Budget projections signal limited room to sustain the bonus through 2026.

Overview

  • Payments start Friday, January 9, on the usual DNI schedule: minimum pensions run January 9–22, higher benefits January 23–29, and non-contributory pensions January 9–15.
  • The extraordinary $70,000 top-up is paid automatically with January benefits, calculated against the updated monthly pension and applied per titular rather than per benefit.
  • Recipients include minimum pensioners, PUAM beneficiaries, non-contributory disability or old-age pensions, and mothers of seven or more children, with proportional payments up to a total near $419,299.
  • With the 2.47% mobility adjustment, the minimum pension is about $349,299.32 (roughly $419,299 with the bonus), and the maximum is about $2,350,453.71 without the bonus.
  • Decreto 918/2025 confirms the January bonus, while Congressional Budget Office analysis indicates a real funding decline that leaves its continuation beyond January unconfirmed.
