ANSES Sets Dec. 31 Deadline to File AUH Libreta to Reclaim Withheld 20%

Overview

• Beneficiaries must submit the Libreta AUH by December 31, 2025 or permanently forfeit the annual amount retained by the agency.
• ANSES enables filing through Mi ANSES without an appointment, starting by verifying child data under Hijos > Libreta AUH and generating the form if any section is missing.
• The form must be printed, completed and signed at the school or health center as applicable, then photographed clearly and uploaded to Mi ANSES.
• The uploaded image must be a legible JPG under 3 MB, showing the complete form, with confirmation arriving by email once the submission is accepted.
• After the Libreta is filed, ANSES has up to 60 days to deposit the retained sum in a separate payment, with reference amounts including $188,069.40 per child in the general zone and higher values for the austral zone and for disability.
