ANSES Sets 2.3% December Increase, Confirms $70,000 Bonus and Year-End Aguinaldo

The adjustment tracks October inflation under the monthly mobility rule, and ANSES will deposit the half‑year payment with December benefits without counting the $70,000 bonus in the SAC calculation.

Overview

  • ANSES confirmed a 2.3% mobility increase for December 2025 based on INDEC’s October CPI, extending the inflation‑linked update framework.
  • The extraordinary $70,000 bonus will continue for beneficiaries at or below the minimum pension and is paid proportionally for those slightly above, up to the cap.
  • The $70,000 supplement is excluded from the aguinaldo base; the SAC equals 50% of the highest monthly benefit of the semester.
  • With the new increase, the minimum pension is estimated around $340,746, and a minimum recipient would receive about $581,119 in December when adding SAC and the bonus.
  • ANSES published DNI‑based calendars, with November payments proceeding under the roughly 2.08–2.1% increase and December disbursements to include SAC for jubilados, PNC, PUAM and other beneficiaries.
