- January payments run on the DNI schedule, with minimum-benefit retirees continuing to collect between January 9 and 22 and higher-benefit groups later in the month.
- Minimum beneficiaries receive $349,299.32 plus a $70,000 top-up for a total of $419,299.32, credited automatically on the same day.
- The Compensation bonus is paid in full at the minimum, scales down proportionally for those below the $419,299.32 cap, and is not paid to anyone whose monthly haber exceeds that cap.
- Contributory retirees, PUAM holders, and eligible Non-Contributory Pensions receive the top-up when they fall under the cap, while higher earners only get the 2.47% mobility update.
