• The Universal Pension for Older Adults can be requested entirely online through mi ANSES from any device at any time, removing the need for office visits.
• Applicants must be 65 or older and not receive a national, provincial or municipal retirement, pension or unemployment benefit.
• Before filing, users need an active Clave de la Seguridad Social and must verify or update personal, family and contact details in mi ANSES.
• The online path is Solicitud de Prestaciones > Pensión Universal para el Adulto Mayor, after which the system confirms submission and allows status checks under Información Personal > Consulta de expediente.
• PUAM is a lifelong, non‑contributory payment equal to 80% of the minimum retirement, updated monthly by INDEC CPI, with PAMI health coverage and access to family allowances.
