ANSES Finalizes September Top-Ups, Confirms October 1.88% Rise as Mexico Concludes Bienestar Payouts

  • ANSES is paying the second September tranche for retirees above the minimum from September 22 to 26, ordered by DNI and deposited to bank accounts or digital wallets.
  • October benefits in Argentina rise about 1.88–1.9% under the CPI-based mobility rule (Decree 274/24), with the ARS 70,000 reinforcement continuing in full at the minimum and prorated up to a cap near ARS 390,000–396,000.
  • The October calendar starts for minimum-haber beneficiaries on October 8 and for higher-haber recipients on October 22, with dates that fall on October 10 pending reprogramming due to the moved national holiday.
