ANSES Finalizes December Payouts: 2.34% Pension Hike, Targeted $70,000 Bonus

Decreto 367/2025 restricts the year-end bonus, granting the full amount at the minimum with proportional sums in the middle tier.

Overview

  • ANSES confirmed December retirements and pensions with a 2.34% update and automatic payment of the second-half SAC in the usual accounts.
  • The $70,000 extra is not universal: full for minimum SIPA, PNC and PUAM; proportional between $340,879.59 and $410,879.59; excluded above $410,879.59.
  • With bonus and SAC, the minimum pension totals $581,319.39 in December, and PUAM reaches $479,055.51.
  • ANSES pays by DNI from December 9–23, while Law 27.073 requires SAC deposits before December 18 with up to four business days of grace, and provinces are staggering public-sector dates with Buenos Aires still pending.
  • Beneficiaries of Volver al Trabajo and Acompañamiento Social do not receive the SAC, and their regular $78,000 was credited on December 5.
