- ANSES issued a one-off $35,000 stimulus to Progresar Obligatorio students whose extension activities were validated after the monthly liquidation cut-off.
- Students regularized by the December 30 grace-period deadline are scheduled to receive both stimulus installments together in January 2026.
- Stimulus installments are paid in full and are not subject to the 20% withholding applied to regular monthly quotas under Resolution 388/2025.
- Beneficiaries can check Mi ANSES: a red “REGISTRA LIQUIDACIONES DE BECAS PROGRESAR” on the Certificación Negativa indicates a January deposit for the December period, with exact dates to post January 8–10.
- Students who did not upload certificates, did not participate in required activities, or lacked school validation are excluded, and the 20% withheld in 2025 will be released in early 2026 once the third regularity certification is recorded.
