- Payments begin Monday, November 10 for DNI ending in 0, with minimum-benefit retirees paid from November 10 to 20 and DNI 8 and 9 grouped on Thursday 20 to avoid the holiday gap.
- Higher-than-minimum pensions pay on Thursday 20 for DNI 0–1, then resume Tuesday 25 through Friday 28 for the remaining terminations after the November 21–24 break.
- The $70,000 top-up applies in full to minimum pensions and declines for intermediate amounts until a cap, while those above the threshold do not receive it.
- With the update, the minimum pension is roughly $333,150 and totals about $403,150 with the bonus, while the maximum is approximately $2.24 million.
