ANSES Confirms December 2.3% Rise, $70,000 Bonus and Early Aguinaldo, Sets DNI Schedule From Dec. 9

The variable bonus preserves the full $70,000 for minimum incomes to concentrate relief.

Overview

  • ANSES finalized the end-of-year package: December indexation of about 2.3%, the half-year aguinaldo, and the extraordinary $70,000 refuerzo for eligible retirees and pensioners.
  • Payments are brought forward and staggered by DNI, with minimum-benefit and PNC/PUAM credits starting around December 9 and higher-benefit dates running through late December so funds arrive before Christmas.
  • Under the CPI-based rule in Decree 274/2024, the minimum benefit rises to roughly $340,755 in December; with an aguinaldo near $170,000 plus the full bonus, a minimum retiree’s total is about ARS 580,000.
  • The refuerzo remains nominally frozen at $70,000 and, per the November 20 modality change, is paid in full at the minimum, proportional above the minimum, and excluded once the income cap is exceeded.
  • Deposits are automatic and the aguinaldo is calculated on the best monthly haber of the second semester, with the bonus not included in that calculation.
