ANSES Confirms 1.93% Mobility Increase and Automates AUH Validation

The agency published DNI payment calendars and shifted Libreta checks to automatic health and education data matches to speed release of retained AUH funds.

Overview

  • ANSES applied a 1.93% mobility update for November 2026, based on INDEC’s September CPI, and published DNI‑based payment schedules that begin in the second week of November.
  • The Asignación Universal por Hijo (AUH) gross amount rises to about $159,600 per child, with ANSES paying roughly 80% monthly (≈$127,600) and retaining about 20% (≈$31,900) to be paid after validation.
  • Under Resolution 290/2026 ANSES will validate AUH conditionality automatically by exchanging records with the Ministry of Health and the Secretariat of Education, reducing the need for paper Libreta submissions.
  • ANSES reported acumulados retenidos for March 2025–Feb 2026 of roughly $274,451.20 per child for 12 months and much higher sums for disability or Zona 1 residents, and it says retained payments are normally processed within about 60 days after validation.
  • The Congressional Budget Office’s review of the 2027 budget projects the extraordinary $70,000 pension bonus at the same nominal level, but formal continuation and payment rules require a new executive decree before January 2027.
