Overview

  • Argentina’s ANSES will apply a 1.9% mobility increase in September based on July CPI under Decree 274/24, setting the minimum at ARS 320,277.17, PUAM at ARS 256,221.74 and the maximum at ARS 2,155,162.17.
  • ANSES will maintain the ARS 70,000 reinforcement in September: full for benefits up to ARS 320,277.17, proportional to complete ARS 390,277.17 for those just above the minimum, excluded for higher incomes, and deposited automatically with monthly payments.
  • ANSES published the September payment calendar by DNI, with retirements and pensions scheduled between September 8 and 26 depending on benefit level and document termination.
  • Mexico’s ISSSTE will deposit the September pension on Friday, August 29, while IMSS pensioners are scheduled for Monday, September 1 according to official calendars.
  • IMSS confirmed regime rules: 1973-law retirees receive the annual aguinaldo and may add permanent family or assistance increases, whereas 1997-law retirees do not receive aguinaldo and may access a one-time insurer bonus (up to MXN 9,000) when choosing a Renta Vitalicia; Mexico’s Bienestar pension remains universal at 65+ and is not lost for working, with removals governed by program rules.
