  • Authorized payees include public bodies, mutuals, social assistance institutions, lawyers or procurators with a notarized power, and directors of healthcare facilities for interned beneficiaries.
  • Residents living abroad may authorize a bank that offers international transfers, with eligible options including Banco de la Nación Argentina, Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Banco Patagonia, Banco Credicoop, Banco Piano and Banco Comafi.
  • Documentation requirements vary by case, such as Carta Poder PS 6.4 signed and sealed by a bank for banking powers, original court rulings for tutors or curators, and a current credential for lawyers.
