Overview
- ANSES started accrediting Progresar payments on Wednesday, August 13, using a DNI-based schedule that runs through August 20 and will continue posting funds to beneficiaries' bank accounts.
- Newly admitted students from the first 2026 call will receive up to five back payments in August, producing one-off deposits of about $175,000 for full recipients or $140,000 when a 20% retention applies.
- The baseline monthly benefit is $35,000 but some lines pay $28,000 up front because the program withholds 20% for later release once academic or administrative conditions are met.
- The second 2026 enrollment was formalized by Resolution 485/2026 and sets separate online windows by line — Progresar Obligatorio (until Sept. 4), Progresar Superior and Enfermería (Aug. 18–Sept. 11), and Progresar Trabajo (open until Nov. 27) — with applications via Mi Argentina and the Progresar platform.
- Students should check results and payment status on the Progresar portal using their CUIL and Mi Argentina password or obtain an ANSES Certificación Negativa to verify recent prestaciones, and expect variation in deposit amounts due to retained sums and accumulated months.
