Overview
- ANSES brought forward parts of the October calendar because the October 10 holiday was moved, paying minimum-benefit DNI endings 1 and 2 on October 9 and grouping several PNC payments that day.
- In October, benefits increased roughly 1.88% based on August inflation, leaving the minimum pension near $326,266 and about $396,266 when adding the $70,000 reinforcement.
- The $70,000 reinforcement is paid in full at the minimum and on a sliding scale up to a cutoff, and ANSES confirmed its continuity for October.
- INDEC will publish September CPI on October 14, which will set November’s adjustment; private forecasts around 2.0%–2.2% suggest a modest rise, and AUH would update on the same basis pending the official figure.
- The government highlighted Beneficios ANSES debit-card reimbursements—separate from pensions and bonuses—allowing retirees and pensioners to receive automatic refunds at participating merchants, with potential monthly reintegrations up to $120,000.
