‘Anora’ and ‘The Brutalist’ Lead 2025 London Critics’ Circle Film Award Nominations

The two films top the list with seven nominations each, as the awards ceremony is set for February 2, 2025, in London.

Sean Baker’s 'Anora' and Brady Corbet’s 'The Brutalist' received seven nominations each, including Film of the Year and Director of the Year.
Edward Berger’s 'Conclave' and Coralie Fargeat’s 'The Substance' followed with six nominations, while Jacques Audiard’s 'Emilia Pérez' earned five.
The Actress of the Year category includes Mikey Madison ('Anora'), Nicole Kidman ('Babygirl'), and Saoirse Ronan ('The Outrun'), among others.
Adrien Brody ('The Brutalist'), Timothée Chalamet ('A Complete Unknown'), and Ralph Fiennes ('Conclave') are among the nominees for Actor of the Year.
The awards, voted on by 210 members of the Critics’ Circle, will be hosted by Mark Kermode at London’s May Fair Hotel and streamed live on YouTube.
