Anna Netrebko to Perform at Palm Beach Opera Gala After Six-Year US Hiatus

The renowned soprano returns to the American stage following a controversial departure from the Metropolitan Opera.

Netrebko will perform on February 3 at The Breakers hotel with pianist Ángel Rodríguez.
She was previously dropped by the Met in 2022 for not denouncing Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Netrebko has sued the Met for defamation and breach of contract.
She has performed at major European opera houses but not in the US since 2019.
The Palm Beach Opera gala has a history of featuring illustrious singers.
