ANMAT Bans Wolf Nutrition Creatine Nationwide for False Labeling

The measure follows an INAL probe that verified the product’s registration numbers did not exist.

Overview

  • Disposición 6195/2025, published in the Boletín Oficial, prohibits the manufacture, fractioning, sale, and online marketing of the creatine monohydrate powder across Argentina.
  • The product is identified as a peach-flavored creatine monohydrate supplement labeled under the Wolf Nutrition brand with RNPA EX-2024-36557-GDEBA-DAYPANMG.
  • Buenos Aires province’s DIPA confirmed the RNE and RNPA shown on the label are nonexistent, leading ANMAT to deem the item illegally and falsely labeled.
  • The ban covers every presentation, lot, and expiration date and extends to any product displaying the same RNE or RNPA.
  • Authorities cited the inability to guarantee traceability, quality, or safety and noted the item was promoted on social media and e-commerce platforms.
