Overview
- Dispositions published Oct. 14–15 order the prohibition of manufacture, sale and advertising and the market withdrawal of Mami Keto items (Disposición 7558/2025) and the “Copito de Nieve” dry ice-cream (Disposición 7566/2025).
- ANMAT also moved against a line of water-filter systems and components via Disposición 4668/2025, citing non-traceable documentation and lack of proper authorization for products sold in stores and online.
- A separate ANMAT notice suspended a widely sold olive oil after laboratory tests showed the sample was constituted mainly by soybean oil and the product lacked required sanitary registration.
- Investigations began with a consumer query to INAL about an online “keto” bread and with Córdoba’s surveillance detecting the dry ice-cream using nonexistent RNE/RNPA numbers and false labeling.
- The measures apply nationwide, including e-commerce platforms, and ANMAT urges consumers and health professionals to stop using the affected products and report holdings or sales via ANMAT Responde or [email protected].
