Overview
- Through Dispositions 7214/2025 and 7215/2025 signed by administrator Nélida Agustina Bisio, ANMAT prohibited the elaboration, fractioning and sale across Argentina, including e‑commerce.
- The banned products are Morando Premium and Estancia Olivares olive oils, whose labels carried false registration data (Morando: RNE 03000150, RNPA 03001163-5; Estancia Olivares: RNE 13310522, RNPA 13496730).
- The measures cover every presentation, lot and expiration date and extend to any product that displays the same bogus RNE/RNPA numbers.
- The cases began with consumer inquiries; INAL checked via SiFeGA and provincial authorities in Catamarca and Mendoza confirmed the cited registrations do not exist, with incidents recorded in SIVA.
- ANMAT classified the items as illicit, notified provincial and city health authorities, and urged consumers and retailers to stop use and remove units as part of ongoing enforcement against mislabeled foods.
