Overview

  • Disposition 5095/2025 bars production, fractionation and sale of three olive oils—Los Ayllos Fuerte, Olivares del Rey Sabor Intenso and Valle de Tunuyán Clásico—after authorities found invalid or nonexistent RNE and RNPA numbers.
  • A separate disposition prohibits Dulzura sugar for displaying a nonexistent RNE and a misattributed RNPA, classifying the product as illegally labeled.
  • Disposition 5263/2025 forbids all presentations of Laboratorio Norteño S.R.L.’s “Ungüento de Coca-Árnica y Aceite de Cannabis” due to absence of cosmetic or medicinal registration and an unverified manufacturing site.
  • Under Disposition 5112/2025, ANMAT bars sale and distribution of all medical devices from Biotecnica de Carlos Marisi, including incubators and tomographs, after confirming no ANMAT registration or facility authorization.
  • These bans, enforced across physical outlets and online platforms, form part of ANMAT’s sweeping effort to eliminate unregulated, counterfeit and unsafe goods to protect public health.
