Overview

• Through Disposición 6228/2025 published in the Boletín Oficial, ANMAT prohibited the elaboration, fractionation and commercialization of the product across Argentina, including online platforms.
• The label cited origin in El Sauzalito, Chaco, and listed registry numbers that could not be validated, including a RENAPA entry that authorities determined does not exist.
