Overview

  • Under Disposition 4701 ANMAT barred Biovand Group SRL from using, selling or distributing its medical supplies after the company failed to document stock, operated under an unauthorized tax ID and refused a follow-up inspection.
  • By Disposition 4702 the agency prohibited nationwide use, sale, advertising and online listings of Biolash’s eyebrow and eyelash serum until it obtains proper sanitary registration.
  • Through Disposition 4703 ANMAT outlawed SEIQ Group S.A.’s professional cleaning and disinfectant products for lacking authorization and opened a sanitary summary against the firm and its technical director.
  • These measures build on earlier July bans of more than 10 RA and over 20 Priscila Alisados hair care items and the suspension of a falsified chlorhexidine soap.
  • ANMAT says its enforcement stems from Cosmetovigilancia and Farmacovigilancia reports under its monitoring and advertising oversight program.
