Quijada posted a 2-2 record with a 3.26 ERA in 22 appearances during the 2024 season, holding opponents to a .190 batting average.
He achieved a career-high 12 consecutive scoreless outings from August 14 to September 18 last year.
Quijada, who has been with the Angels since 2020, also represented Venezuela in the 2023 World Baseball Classic.
