Overview
- On Thursday, October 8, 2026, Berg announced a double‑CD edition called "Best Of – Das Rekord Album: Das kann uns keiner nehmen," with the record going on sale from Friday, October 9, 2026.
- The package contains 34 tracks that mix remastered hits, rediscovered album cuts and new recordings, including a new title song, "Das kann uns keiner nehmen."
- Berg described the edition as "100 percent Andrea Berg," saying it ranges from singalong favorites to cult tracks that deserve rediscovery.
- The original 2001 Best‑Of sold more than 2.5 million copies in Germany, earned eight‑times platinum and was entered in the Guinness Book in 2013 for its long run in the German and Austrian charts, which the reissue cites as its legacy.
- The release is paired with a planned tour through Germany, Austria and Switzerland in autumn 2027, a move meant to sustain sales and give fans live access to the newly curated set list.
