André 3000 Releases New Instrumental Tracks, Including ‘Moving Day’ and ‘Tunnels of Egypt’

The Grammy-nominated artist continues his experimental flute journey with new music tied to his album ‘New Blue Sun.’

André 3000 has released three new tracks: ‘Moving Day,’ its reverse version titled ‘Day Moving,’ and a previously unreleased song, ‘Tunnels of Egypt.’
‘Moving Day’ was featured in a short film of the same name, directed by Dexter Navy, which explores the creation of André’s 2023 album ‘New Blue Sun.’
‘New Blue Sun,’ released last year, is a Grammy-nominated album consisting entirely of instrumental flute compositions, marking André’s continued exploration of alternative jazz and ambient music.
The album earned nominations for Album of the Year, Best Alternative Jazz Album, and Best Instrumental Composition at the upcoming 2025 Grammys.
André has hinted at more music coming in the future, expressing a desire to explore new ways of artistic expression and distribution.
