Overview

• An official resolution published in the Boletín Oficial and signed by interventor Alejandro Alberto Vilches leaves without effect the suspensions for beneficiaries listed in Anexo I of Formosa.
• Federal Judge María Belén López Macé ordered the State and ANDIS to restore the pensions within 24 hours, a ruling later affirmed by the Cámara Federal de Resistencia.
• ANSES was instructed to restart payments beginning with the month in which the suspensions took effect, and the agency’s relevant directorate must notify affected beneficiaries.
• Beneficiaries have 90 business days to regularize their records to enable a full technical review, with ANDIS communicating a payment schedule that aims to finalize by October 10.
