  • The project, with an estimated central investment of ₹3,500 crore, aims to attract ₹26,000 crore in total investments and generate 35,000 jobs, including 5,000 direct positions.
  • A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) will be formed to implement the shipbuilding cluster and attract global players in the maritime sector.
  • The plan also emphasizes cost-effective cargo movement through Visakhapatnam Port and exploring river cruise tourism circuits to diversify the state's economy.
